I love this time of year when the trees start budding and blossoming. I always smiled when the dogwoods bloomed when we lived in Louisville. They are abundant in the area we lived in and they were always the first to pop followed by the cherry blossoms. The immersion of color in the gray landscape heralded the coming of Spring. At long last, the dreary days of Winter are over.
